Maintenance

Fees are collected monthly to cover the cost of routine repairs and maintenance of the common elements of the building and also include the cost of:

  • Air conditioning
  • Heat
  • Water
  • Hydro
  • Cable television
  • Internet
  • Building insurance
  • personnel and
  • The required contribution to the reserve fund for major repairs and maintenance.
